Frequently asked questions about our products, services, and policies.

ARE THE PROPS PROVIDED BY YOU?

Yes, all the props, wraps, and outfits for the baby are provided by us. The parent/sibling outfits however are your responsibility. We recommend solid colors with no busy patterns for parents and siblings.

HOW LONG WILL THE SHOOT BE?

Each shoot has a different duration, this is indicated on each package. Other than that I do like to provide plenty of time in between for the baby to feed and relax if required.

HOW SHOULD I PREP FOR THE SHOOT?

Please feel free to bring snacks for yourself and anything the baby needs for comfort. A few fresh diapers are a must, bottle feeds/pacifiers would be great as well. Make sure the baby is well fed and refrain from using any oil on the baby as it may not translate well in the pictures.

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK/SCHEDULE A SHOOT?

Newborn shoots are best done within the first 2-3 weeks of the baby being born. We recommend you book your session at least 2-3 weeks before your due date and once you deliver get in touch with us to finalize a date.

WHEN WILL THE IMAGES BE DELIVERED?

The unedited photos are usually shared within a couple of days of the shoot. Once you make a final selection of the pictures to be edited we deliver the final gallery within 2-4 weeks.

DO YOU GIVE RAW IMAGES?

We do not give any raw format images. All the photos will be provided in JPEG format only. 

IS THERE AN ADVANCE BOOKING AMOUNT TO BOOK A SESSION?

Yes, 50% of the session fee is due on the day of the booking and the rest can be paid on the day of the shoot. We accept payments in the form of cash or UPI only.

WILL OUR IMAGES BE USED BY YOU FOR MARKETTING?

Yes, we may use your images for marketing purposes on social media to showcase our work and promote our services. However, if you prefer not to have your images used for marketing the privacy can be purchased at an additional fee.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

You can cancel your booking 2 days before your shoot for a full refund of any advance paid. The advance will be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after that.
